A word from the photographer ON THIS NIGHT : SATAN’S HOST II
The original lineup of Satan’s Host ended at the end of the 80’s, the second incarnation of the band began with the addition of new lead vocalist, Lucifer Eli Elixer in the 90’s. This era of the band recorded some of their heaviest music with Nightside of Eden, Archidoxes of Evil, Burning the Born Again and Great American Scapegoat. Forging ahead with more of a death/satanic/black metal sound than ever before. On this night, July 13, 2002, I captured the band, at a small venue in Aurora, Colorado where they unleashed their unholy musical terror.
