Spicing things up with Zucchero in Pula
On Sunday evening, Pula arena was treated to another concert by a Rock and Roll legend; this time it was Zucchero. The Italian King of Blues, often referred to as the “Father of the Italian blues”, made his welcome & eagerly awaited return as part of his “Black Cat” tour. As the expectant crowds queued patiently to enter the amphitheatre, it was Mel C aka Sporty Spice as a special guest of Zucchero, entertained the growing audience.
Mel C opens the concert
With a mixture of old, new and one or two Spicey songs, Mel C soon had the sell out crowd clapping, singing and tapping their feet. She sang a selection from her 2017 “Version of Me ” tour as well as others from her several solo albums. For more images of “Mel C” at Pula Arena see below link.
Time for the main act
With the arena now full and the crowd whistling and shouting his name, it was time for the much anticipated arrival on stage of Italy’s hottest blues singer, Zucchero. For some, it was clear that you are never to young to see your first Rock and Roll star and who better to initiate her in to great music and stage performances than the King of Blues?
