A word from the photographer
A packed Pula arena were treated to a pulsating performance by the legendary Rock band Simple Minds. They opened with the 80’s crowd pleaser, ‘Waterfront’ from their sixth studio album `Sparkle in the Rain`.

The concert
The band gave a good hour and half, highly energetic performance of back to back hits such as ‘Belfast Child’ , ‘Don’t You Forget About Me’ and ‘Promised You A Miracle’.

Cherisse Osei was exceptional on drums and thrilled the crowd with an incredible drum solo that was worth the entrance fee alone.

The encore
For the encore they returned to their seventh studio album ‘Once Upon a Time’. The mesmerised Pula crowd were treated to ‘Alive And Kicking and finally ‘Sanctify Yourself’.
