A word from the photographer
Saxon were the last band of the night to perform at this mini festival held in the Fryshuset Arena Stockholm. Earlier in the evening the bands Raven, FM and The Poodles all played great sets.
But this is the main attraction!
The legendary and mighty Saxon delivered, as usual, a great live concert. This is a great and smaller than usual concert arena which offers a more intimate and sweaty feeling. Biff Byford dominated the stage and the audience in a powerful way.
it is truly a great connection between the band and the audience.
Thunderbolt
Biffs voice is exceptional and the band perform as good now as they ever did.
They played both the classics and and songs from the latest album Thunderbolt. Next year Saxon celebrate 40 year as a band! Biff urged the audience to vote for them at Sweden Rock Festival band Wishes lets all do this
