A word from the photographer

From the initial announcement of the tour and following the release of the new album Walk the Sky an electric wave spread through the rock and metal lovers community. In Europe  the special guests were Shinedown and the support band was The Raven Age. I was able to get a photo pass for the Manchester show and tickets for the Paris show.

The songs

Both in Paris and Manchester Alter Bridge performed a mix of their new tracks such as “Pay no mind” and “Take the crown” as well as the excellent “Godspeed”. They also performed a few of their classics songs like” Addicted to pain” and “Blackbird”.

At the concerts

The performances at both venues was outstanding. At the Manchester concert a lucky fan was offered one of Mark Tremonti PRS guitars. In Paris as a tribute to Jeff Buckley and played on one of his original guitar Myles Kennedy performed an acoustic cover of the Leonard Cohen song Halleluyah.
