Early evening at the festival’s first day. Demon, one of NWOBHM’s big flagship and a recurring favorite band among Sweden Rock’s audience. As always, a well done gig and the audience thrills.
About the band
Demon are an English rock band formed in 1979 by vocalist Dave Hill and guitarist Mal Spooner both hailing from Staffordshire in England. They are considered an important band in the new wave of British heavy metal movement.

Initially starting with nine bands in 1992 the Sweden Rock festival has grown to become one of the best and most famous Rock and Metal festivals in the world. In 2007 the festival became a 4 day event and each year there are approximately 120 different bands and artists that entertain the 35,000 crowd
