A word from the photographer
To be completely upfront, I’m not a huge Jimi Hendrix fan. But having the rare opportunity to see so many legendary guitarists & musicians on the same stage in a single night was absolutely something that I couldn’t resist.
The Hendrix catalogue
The show was a roller coaster ride through a deep catalog of Hendrix music. The crowd roared with continuous approval as each song brought a change to the line-up – each musician brought their own voice, yet they all blended beautifully and as one.
The best till last
Red House was the final song of the evening – and this is truly one of my favorites and one I had been waiting all night to hear. I left the theater thankful that I had the opportunity to witness such an incredible and unforgettable night. I have also gained a newfound appreciation for the music of Jimi Hendrix.
